Applications are open through November 10th.

Submission guidelines: 

Thanks for submitting! We'll get back to you the first week of March regarding your application. 

  • Past SOUP grantees have received between $900 - $1700. Be specific and realistic about how you could use these funds.

  • Keep it short, quick and to the point. 

  • Your idea can be about ANYTHING - past project applications have focused on a range of topics, such as art, urban agriculture, social justice, peacemaking, education, and technology. Feel free to think outside the box.

  • The idea must pertain to the Bentonville area to be accepted to the Bentonville event. 

  • You do not have to be a resident to submit an idea, however your project must take place or effect Bentonville.

  • Individuals are encouraged to apply; you do not need to be a 501c3 to be awarded the funds. 

  • Your confirmation will appear at the bottom of this page. When you hit the word “submit” a screen will prompt you that we received it.

  • Save your work ahead of time. Once you submit your application there isn’t an email sharing your work post submission. So save it if you want to resubmit later on!

  • Anything you submit (except your contact information) may be shared or printed at the dinners. So make sure you edit, look for spelling errors, etc.

  • We don't use technology to present (aka powerpoint or things that are based on the idea of the projector)
